Guesthouse 2 consists of a 51.87 sq.m ground floor in which there is a kitchen - living room with a double bedroom and a bathroom. The yard has an area of ​​7.54 m².

The first floor of 24.95sq.m includes a single bedroom. The 1st floor terrace has an area of ​​21.84 m².

The two residences are fully equipped and independent of each other. In their kitchens there is a refrigerator with freezer, oven with 4 hotplates, extractor hood, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, water kettle as well as all the necessary utensils. In the bathrooms there is a non-slip mat in the showers, a razor socket, a magnifying mirror and a mirror above the washbasins. They also feature colour TV and satellite dish, audio system, mosquito nets, fireplace on the ground floor, air conditioning on the floors, electric panel heating, and electric water heater for hot water.
